Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
Claimed and verified (not just "suggested" listing)
Correct category (Massage Therapist / Day Spa), hours, phone, address or service area
10+ real photos (room, hands-on work if allowed, exterior, team) — no stock photos
Get at least 5 reviews, and responds to each
(Images below) On desktop click the grid in your google account to open the apps, look for the blue store front icon and follow the prompts.
2. Facebook Business Page (inside Meta Business Suite, not a personal profile)
Page claimed under a Meta Business Suite account you control (not a random employee's login)
Profile pic = logo, cover photo = real photo of space/services
"Book Now" or "Call Now" button active
Services section filled out with pricing ranges
3. Instagram Business Account (linked to the same Meta Business Suite)
Converted to Business/Creator, not personal
Bio has a clear CTA + booking link
At least 9 posts up (so the grid doesn't look abandoned)
Highlights set up for Services, Before/After (if applicable), Reviews
4. One Piece of Video Content
A single 15-30 sec video (intro to therapist, walk-through of space, or a tip) — this is the one thing most spas skip, and it's the single biggest trust-builder before someone books
Here is a script format.
“Hi I’m [insert name] and i have been doing massage for [x] years.
I love working with [insert dream clients] (i.e. active individuals over 40 that are athlets for life) I am an avid motocross rider and racer and love staying active. That’s why I do what I do.
If you haven’t had massage from me, you don’t have to worry about getting the therapist fresh out of school. I am 13 year veteran in the industry and take pride in my work.
We/I am located at 123 main street and can be booked through my online booking platform on my website.”
Keep it short, focus on the client, not all the CE’s you have taken, they want to know what’s in it for them.
5. Know Your Dream Customer (Avatar)
Written down: who's your ideal client? (busy moms, athletes, chronic pain sufferers, corporate professionals, etc.)
Their pain point in one sentence — what are they actually trying to solve when they book you?
Content and offers speak directly to that one person instead of "everyone" — this is what separates spas that get seen from ones that get scrolled past
Who is Rosendo?
I have helped scale my last company from 3 million to 23 million in annual sales and now shares those same learnings with the industry that started it all…massage.
I was a massage therapist for 13 years. Started in Florida and finished in North Carolina. Loved working on the active community. Its was an easy way for me to bond with my clients and have them trust me on my skillset. Now i get to show other therapists how to grow their business with the clients they love.
Does Facebook Advertising work?
I ran an ad to sell gift cards for a local spa in Wilmington, NC. Ad spend was $295.03 and was shown to over 46,000 locals.
Sales were over $45,000 in gift card sales sales.
Bookings increased, filling those empty spaces on the books, and new customers we being welcomed into the spa.
social engagement jumped 541% — people who'd never heard of the business before were suddenly booking.
6. BONUS - Need Clients now?
Run facebook ads with an irresistable offer.
Set up takes 1 day (1st half filming/editing and 2nd half set up)
Deploy ads, watch bookings come in, contact the leads who want more information, rince and repeat.
I have the scripts ready for your business and just need a date and time to come in and film your ads. I can get you new clients before the weekend. I have done this in every industry.
If you want me to come in to your busines and show you how to run facebook ads fill out the form below.
